Ancient teachers called this the “Energy Abounds” mantra — Lord Yesu’s teaching on how all beings are our neighbours, and all are energy. The dharani opens in Sanskrit and then walks through the teaching in English, verse by verse.

The Sanskrit core carries the lesson in four compact lines:

Sarvam Brahma — All is Brahman (the Absolute). Everything that exists participates in the nature of the Absolute. This is not a claim that everything is God, but that the energy of THAT pervades all things.

So Ham, So Ham — I am That. The ancient mahavakya — the great saying — in which the individual recognises their relationship to Source. In Wayist understanding, this is participatory, not identical. We are of Source-nature, not Source itself. So Ham is the soul’s response to the universe’s call.

Devāḥ Śaktayaḥ Sarve — All beings are divine energies. Every living thing is a form of conscious energy — not inert matter inhabited by spirit, but energy-beings through and through. This is why all are our neighbours: not as a moral instruction but as an ontological fact.

Vayam Om — We are Om. The community declaration. Not “I am Om” alone, but vayam — we. The teaching lands in the plural because it is about relationship, not solitary realisation.

The English verses make the teaching singable and accessible, but the theological precision lives in the Sanskrit.
